Are you considering selling your home? When selling a home, it is to your advantage to hire an expert. This will ensure that you don’t overlook anything and get maximum value for your property. Of course, we offer this service completely customized to your needs. Den Uyl Real Estate has extensive knowledge of the market and experience in negotiations. Together, we determine the best strategy, arrange all the necessary things and ensure that the process runs optimally.

We advise you before the property goes on sale, but also during negotiations and after the sale, we are at your service.

Step 1: introductory meeting

During the introductory meeting we look at the house and give an estimate of its value. We will also discuss your needs and answer your questions so you know exactly what is involved.

Step 2: Personal sales plan

After agreeing to work together, we prepare a personalized strategic sales plan in close consultation with you.

Step 3: Measurement and photography

We then measure the house in accordance with the NEN 2580 standard. We take professional photos and possibly a video.

Step 4: Sign in

Upon approval of all the documents, we list the property on Funda, our own network and social media. We will also provide you with promotional materials as required, such as window signs and brochures.

Step 5: Viewings

In consultation we organize the viewings. This is also possible with us in the evening or on weekends. After each viewing, we will contact you to discuss the viewing. That way you are always up to date on what is going on.

Step 6: Negotiations

During negotiations, we make every effort to achieve not only the best sales price, but also the best conditions (such as the completion date, for example). All negotiations take place in writing and are forwarded to you one-on-one, with our advice included.

Step 7: Guidance to the notary

After reaching an agreement with the buyer, we accompany the parties to the notary for the drafting and signing of the (preliminary) contract of sale.

Step 8: Delivery

At the end of the sales process, delivery takes place. We supervise the inspection of the home and take meter readings for you. We also check the deed of delivery and accompany you to the notary for the conveyance of the deed.
