You are seriously interested in a property. We gather the appropriate documentation and make an appropriate proposal to the landlord. We also ensure that our proposal meets clear conditions so that it is attractive to engage with us. In doing so, we know exactly what to look out for.
If the proposal is approved, we will guide you through the process of signing the agreement.
When it is final, you need to make payment: rent, deposit, brokerage fee.
