  • Send rent invoices to tenants, both with and without VAT
  • Collect rents and handle additional financial processing
  • Provide periodic administrative rental statements to owner
  • Monitor payments and rent arrears
  • Provision of dunning letters and full collection process up to and including the use of bailiff
  • Make payments with landlord’s permission
  • Taking care of rent increases and related written notifications thereof
  • Administration and settlement of advances and costs of services and service matters as well as charging municipal taxes and fees to tenant

  • Closing and keeping maintenance contracts in line with the market

Commercial management

  • We prevent the loss of revenue from vacancy. You will be notified upon termination and we will post vacant properties online immediately.

What are the costs of property management?

All packages are customizable. That way, you get exactly what you want and pay only for what you need. We charge you an attractive administrator fee on the collected rent, excluding 21% VAT.
