We work in both renting and leasing properties. We mainly mediate the rental of houses and apartments in the freehold sector. These are generally unfurnished and/or furnished.
When hiring, we act exclusively for you as our client. However, we have a network of other brokers who have many searchers on file. As a result, there is more opportunity to move quickly and find a suitable tenant. We can also market the property for you. This is always determined by mutual agreement.
We are committed to finding reliable and solvent tenants. Of course, we screen potential tenants.

During the introductory meeting, we look at the property and determine a fair rental price. Then you can determine if we are a good match.
To set up the campaign, we will ensure that the following components can be prepared as you choose:
– Photography
– 360 degree photos
– Video
– Measurement Report
– (3D) Floor plans
– Sales text Funda presentation
Following the promotional campaign, we will schedule viewings with interested parties on specific dates in consultation with you. We will keep you well informed of the process.
We screen the tenant and check supplied documents.
We draft the lease, after checking it, it is signed.
After payment, we provide completion with a check-in report.
The time has come: the property has been rented! After the rental period, we often handle check-out as well.
